Our group or private one to one intro sessions are the perfect stepping stone in preparation for our main strength and conditioning classes. During these sessions coaches will cover all movements from basic to advanced, thoroughly breaking them down with emphasis on efficient technique. These sessions provide individuals with a certain level of knowledge and comfort prior to transitioning in to the main classes.
These classes are great for anyone looking to get a good workout in, see ongoing progression, whilst improving strength and fitness along the way. Classes are capped number wise with a ratio of 8:1 to ensure individual attention and monitoring throughout.
Classes are made up of mixed abilities from beginners to advanced, with movements available to cater for all levels. There is a nice community feel to them with both coaches and members there to lend a helping hand or support you through a tough workout! Movements vary in each class from basic bodyweight to cardio machine to barbell or kettlebell, this ensures workouts are kept interesting and clients are motivated.
